Freshly Produced And Shipped From Japan

We produce our Rise Matcha in Japan from the Uji region. This is where we found the highest quality matcha in the world. To maintain a high level of freshness and nutritional content, we never store our Rise Matcha for more than a few months.

We store and ship directly from Japan to keep your Rise Matcha at its best.

We offer multiple shipping methods and delivery times. You will be able to choose your preferred method at checkout.

• “International Air Saver” takes 2 to 5 weeks. You can NOT track your order.

• “International Air Registered” takes 5 to 10 days. You can track your order all the way to your home.

• “Express International Air” usually takes 2 to 5 days. You can track your order all the way to your home.

Order tracking

All the order shipments are followed with a tracking code (Except “International Air Saver”). As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. It usually takes 2 to 4 days before the tracking code is active.
