Our Return Policy

For us to make Rise Matcha the healthiest drink on earth, we must ensure a great product quality. This is why we go to great lengths to find the best green tea. We only source from 100% organic farms using the slowest but healthiest production methods.

If you are not satisfied and don’t feel like we did a good job with our fine matcha, we have to know it. Please contact us by e-mail at support@rise-matcha.com and tell us what was wrong. We'll work out something for you.

Important Note:

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable
  • For any order containing more than 1 unit, all other units must be returned to our warehouse in their original conditions (unopened and undamaged)
  • The cost to return the goods are born by the customer
  • We recommend using tracked shipping method as a refund can only be processed when products are received by our warehouse. If products are not received (or lost in shipping), we can't refund them.
