Hong Kong SAR ChinaI tried a supplement in 2015 that apparently had some matcha in it. Within 3 months, I lost 2 kg without putting any extra effort and I was surprised that my abs looked amazing! (Without doing extra sport!!) I would have stuck with it but it was pretty expensive and I can't find the same supplement locally anymore. Then I just forgot about it. Recently, I turned 44 and found it really difficult to lose weight despite increased daily cardio exercise - the Work From Home has been limiting my usual step-count however.
